Elysian (Baylan)

One of the Ten Courts. She exudes radiance, calmness, and observant eyes. Yeah... I found another song and I couldn't help but think about her so I went to finally draw a concept design for her character. It'd be nice to look back to this when I have everything done and see if anything changed.
